STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

  1. We only do delivery of products after full payment has been received. For Hire services, payment terms are applicable according to the negotiation.
  2. If a payment is still outstanding for more than sixty (30) days after the due payment date, Buy or Hire in Kenya reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client. 
  3. Buy or Hire in Kenya undertakes to do its best to supply performant services and delivery of goods in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Buy or Hire in Kenya cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  4.  Buy or Hire in Kenya subcontracts delivery services. In the event there is damage to the product, the delivery company/individual is held liable for this damage.
  5. Products once sold are not refundable. We can however issue out an item of similar price if the item is deemed as having a manufacturer fault.
